Aurena

Aurena operates the eponymous auction platform, which primarily auctions used goods from various industries – ranging from office and industrial equipment to construction machinery, vehicles, collectibles, and antiques. A large portion of the goods comes from insolvencies, business closures, and clearance sales, providing companies and private bidders access to unique items at attractive prices. With over 350,000 registered bidders and a seasoned team of more than 180 employees, Aurena is a key platform for asset liquidations in the German-speaking region.

the factory Group

The factory group offers Creative Performance Production at Scale: a technology-supported, AI-enhanced production approach that enables the fast, consistent and cross-channel creation of marketing content for all distribution channels (internet, web, PoS, etc.) with over 150 specialists in six countries. The factory group’s mission is to give customers back their time through standardized processes and (partial) automation. Despite targeted de-coupling from the agencies’ creation process, the factory group rounds off its service portfolio with selective creation services (“transcreation”) in order to guarantee the quality of campaign execution.

Multichannel editorial system for publishers, companies and agencies:
Founded in 1986, markstein Software has evolved over 30 years to become the technology leader in the publishing industry, with renowned media houses such as Handelsblatt Media Group and Stiftung Wartentest relying on it for many years. With locations in Darmstadt and Waldbröl, markstein supports editorial teams in the creation and playout of content in all channels.

EvaSys

Electric Paper Evaluationssysteme GmbH (“EvaSys”) is a leading provider of software solutions for conducting surveys that are automatically created, completed and evaluated – covering all survey media/channels. EPE survey solutions are used wherever feedback from students, teachers, seminar participants, employees, patients or customers is systematically recorded and evaluated within the framework of quality management. With EvaExam, EPE is also active in the arena of automated evaluation and recording of exams at universities, private seminar providers as well as in the higher and adult education sector.

Xelog

XELOG AG was acquired in 2018 and exited in 2021 to proLogistik Holding GmbH. XELOG AG is a software and consulting company that designs, implements and supports solutions for professional warehouse management (intralogistics). It was founded in 1996 by engineering IT scientist Armin Töngi, and the branch in Dortmund/Germany opened in 2015. XELOG AG develops customized intralogistics solutions and offers not only its own software products but also supports with logistics consulting. The core product is the warehouse management system XELOG WMS. The XELOG WMS manages, controls and optimizes all processes in in-house logistics. XELOG’s customers, which include small and medium-sized companies as well as international corporations, come from a wide range of industries across Europe. Through their international activities, XELOG’s solutions are in use worldwide.

Ascora

Ascora GmbH is a medium-sized software company headquartered in Ganderkesee near Bremen in Lower Saxony. The company develops consumer software for Windows and Mac as well as smartphone apps and participates in various research and development projects in Germany and Europe. Since its founding in 1994, Ascora has developed into an established partner for the digitization of business processes and now employs more than 30 software developers. With more than 12 million users, Ascora GmbH is one of the largest providers of software solutions for consumers in Germany. Among others, Ascora has received the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award and the 2018 Growth Champion Award from Focus and Statista. It was also added to Focus Business’s “Top Employers of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises 2018” list.
