New Investment Partner at DRS Investment: M&A expert Matthias Schneck joins the team

Matthias Schneck changes to DRS Investment

Munich, 11 July 2019 – Software investor DRS Investment GmbH is strengthening its team with M&A expert Matthias Schneck. After 13 years with the AURELIUS Group, where he most recently was Managing Partner of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital, Schneck is joining DRS Investment.

With this step, DRS Investment will complete its own circle of partners, consisting of founder and managing partner Dr. Andreas Spiegel, venture capital expert Harald Ebrecht and software entrepreneur Dr. Sven Abels. The partners are supported by other private equity specialists on the Advisory Board.

Having worked in the investment banking department of a major bank, the finance department of a listed medium-sized company and in M&A at the AURELIUS Group, where he successfully executed more than a dozen transactions, Schneck is one of the most experienced experts in the German small cap segment. His responsibilities at DRS Investment will include deal origination and execution, as well as the development of an efficient investment team.
